The colorful bird enjoys a quick dip while waiting for friends to visit and splash in the cool reflective pool.

This piece is made of broken mirror scraps, saved and re-purposed before hitting the landfill. The original china dish owner sought out somebody who could put to good use a saucer with no cup. The brass colored knob on the box lid was also re-used after being retired from a kitchen cabinet door.
